Alex Hill, a 2 year old of Joshua Hill and mother Mary Sweeny, whom was ordered by the court to surrender, the 2 year old Alex to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Service (TDFPS) in November of 2012.
Joshua Hill the father of Alex was called to the local hospital, where he discovered that his 2 year old daughter was in a coma. Alex Hill had bruises, on arm, chin and buttocks, as well as traumatic head injuries from apparently being thrown to the ground. Most all of her hair was torn out of her head, 2 year old Alex Hill died two days after word, on July 31, 2013 at 10:00p.m.
Joshua Hill was four months away from regaining the custody of his 2 year old daughter that the court had taken away from him and his fiancée Mary Sweeny who has occasion seizures. The court ordered the child to be surrendered to TDFPS services, after Joshua admitting to smoking Marijuana after Alex went to sleep.
It was deemed by media and others that Alex was living in a clean safe healthy environment, with Mary and Joshua. Alex had never had any inures, nor was sick. She was in good health and had no out the ordinary medical visits.
Joshua had instructed the CPS to remove his daughter from previous foster parents because of mold in her bag, and bruises were a factor during visitation.
He stated that he believed the Protective services were to promote a safe healthy environment for his 2 year old daughter, though after Alex’s last Foster assignment with Sherill Small, a 52 year old that TDFPS, had trusted with several children assigned to protective custody.
On November 07, 2015 Sherill Small, was charged with Capital Murder and sentenced to life in Prison without parole.
On February 04, 2010, A family of 4 Joseph McStay 40 years old, Summer McStay 43 years old, and two children 4 year old Gianni McStay and 3 year old Joseph McStay Jr., faced a horrible fate. Leaving family and business partner, hung out to dry, concerning the McStay families health, wellbeing, and whereabouts. February 04, 2015 with Joseph McStay cell phone pinging, the Fallbrook cellphone tower at 8:28 p.m. to an employee of his in Rancho Cucamonga.
It was not until 4 days later on February 8, that Josephs 1996 Isuzu Trooper was discovered to have been towed from a San Ysidro, California parking lot. A thorough search and investigation worked hundreds of Officials, family members, and friends, along with several top Investigation media news, lasting strong for years, until November 13, 2013, when a motorcyclist located apparent bodies in the Mojave Desert. The bodies were identified through dental records to be Summer and Joseph McStay.
A business partner of Joseph McStay, Charles Chase Merritt, was arrested, November 07, 2014 for the murders of Joseph, Summer and the two children Gianni, and Joseph Jr.
Most recent news is that, while incarcerated, Chase Merritt had won the right to defend himself,
The Claim is that Chase, had went to the Fallbrook home of Joseph, and Summer and the two children, and severely struck them with a blunt object causing blunt force trauma. It is believed hat Chase drove them to the Mojave Desert and buried them in previously dug shallow graves. Then either driving their vehicle to San Ysidro Border to Mexico, or had someone else do it.
Conflicting, the camera shot of two people each carrying a child across the border to Mexico. Security stated two believe to men dropped the McStay family trooper off at between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. and went the other direction.
Sunday April 25, 2010 at 4:00 p.m. Phuong Le was reported missing from the parking lot of the Barnes and Noble store in Fairfield, CA. Phuong Le a recent nursing school graduate's body was found on May 7, 2010 about 30 yards off highway 121 in Napa County. Solano County Coroner confirmed that the body was infact that of Phuong Le.

Convicted killer Giselle Esteban was, convicted of the murder of Michelle Hoang Thi Le, and police have once considered the two murders to be parallel.
Thinking of how and what style Giselle Esteban has portrayed, yet had killed Michelle Le. The motive, I have not found in what little research I have done nor I have found the tactic that Giselle Esteban had used. Such as played a trusted friend though soon changed into a killer.

It is believed that Phuong Le had went to a book store for school, coffee or possible meet someone though it has not been determined who she might have left with.

Carey Mae Parker disappeared March 17, 1991, along with her 1980 blueish-gray Buick Skylark Sedan. Complications of retracing her last known have burdened the investigation, due to threats and investigation type. After she finished her shift at Flanders Precisionaire in Terrell, Texas, it has, been said that she was seen at a party that her then x also attended. Tracking her activities has been difficult Carey Parker’s family had received threats for pursuing her whereabouts. One December 06, 2014, On a road near Hwy 51 on Herron road, Emergency dispatchers received a call regarding a car on fire, when they arrived they discovered Jessica Chambers car was on fire, and so was Jessica Chambers. The 19 year old South Panola High School graduate was taken to Regional Medical Center in Memphis, where it was determined that 98 percent of her body had sustained burns, were she succumbed to her injures.
The Investigation is ongoing, with little evidence to direct the authorities to who was responsible. There is word that lighter fluid was used to douche her body and squirted down her throat, and apparently lite a blaze.
Her time line revolves around her leaving her house around 6:00pm telling mom parents she is going to get some gas and something to eat. Around 6:24 Jessica stopped for fuel and was seen on security camera. Clerk Ali Alsanai said she had got $15.00 dollars’ worth of fuel, and stated that when he asked her about getting so much fuel, she replied she was going somewhere. She had also purchased cigarettes. Jessica mother received a phone call around 7:00pm though there was no discussion of her being with anyone.
The media is pronouncing that lighter fluid was, used and other factors revolve around a party being held not far from where Jessica’s car was found burned. In addition, there was individual at the gas station with a gas can. Though gas can was, carried by a local that uses it for a generator.
The investigation has yet to reveille the phone activity from 6:00 pm till emergency services arrived.

Born in 1989, grew up in a hearty little town in the state of Georgia, subjected to drugs since 12, exploited since 15, owned since 16, passed off at 17 and miscarried due to traffic accident at 20. Her mom had to come out to take her to the ER. Parents and Law Enforcement had condemned her since day one, pressuring what obedience they her could convince her to practice while equal pressure to commit to better societal skills. Constant trying to rid her life of drug users. Hindering all possible chances and opportunity of healthy lifestyle, legislation trumped by lies and incompetence. This young lady at only 22 years old could not escape the reach of the man whose child she miss-carried as result of traffic accident.
Walking the fence of sobriety and the life of drugs, stressing the justice system and scaring the social crowed. After hard work and good effort she gets assigned and enrolled and admitted to a 6 month stay at rehab, that after only 3 weeks was abruptly interrupted, when disappointed x shows up for visitation with alcohol and drugs, that she had consumed.
The worst has not begun, after 14 days of her hindering her x, her mother the disputes between the 38-year-old x when they began to find differences and not politely or quietly. While Mom is trying to get rehab reinstated, the x seems to be planning his last assault as his interest in her fades and his concern for himself becomes more important.
The facts from this point are vague, as stories and theories arise and the health and life of 22-year-old Samantha Sutton falls to the fails of bordering respects of life. Concerned mom stressed beyond compression, the activities of Friday April 29, 2011 corrupted by stories and lies and lack of credible information hinders the mom after she discovers her daughter had succumbed to life, finding no answer other than 22 years of effort had died.
Scouring and reading, brings me to remember, how brutal and violent people are. One being the Kevin Griffin, with previous domestic violence and being brought to the spotlight via Samantha Suttons, trouble with the Law. Threats and attempts to beat and kill were a common amongst his household vocabulary and is something Samantha listened to quit often.
The rehab was great idea for Samantha and her family; however it put Kevin in pinch with his buddy’s need for cash and drugs himself. Having a sexy little thing like Samantha kept him high in anarchy. Of course, his high life and fast styles was crashing if Samantha Sutton wins a lawsuit against him. The fact that she is in Rehab and cannot be the ticket puts life in jeopardy.
Of course, he knows how to threaten and be convincing though the factor that the light shining on his buddy’s did not fly to good as the law focus on their, activities. Getting her kicked out of rehab was easy though not thinking about the others felt his idea of a good time is worth the risk, and he would not have to worry about money as much. So Samantha having a warrant for her arrest makes it all more convenient to keep a tight leash on Samantha. Of course a few days into that chance, Samantha is again ready to get out visit her mom , of course the grocery store is still the hang out for the local drug trade and they do remember her well.
While the drug trades knows very well that entertaining rehab members is a curse, Kevin has a better plan. Well as the trip to market scores a special package, his least concern for what is really going is too far from him. Needless, to say the special package had a little extra he was happy as the party was on. Somehow though it did not take much before she went into her spell of near coma, just get help to the room as Samantha hobbles around not realizing that the boys with drugs just cashed in on their nifty little prize escape from rehab.
However, they seldom get into trouble as serious as some might think Samantha just started her own death so the Ruling Kevin can be king.
As violent as Kevin is, known to be its not surprised to see his frustrations as his peppy prize is entering the darkness of death. I know her autopsy photo shows half the side of her face red as about the size of a large Jack Daniels Bottle though there are several objects of large size that Kevin would not have difficulties swinging, if it would get act right for him. After all he has to great lengths to keep this prize at his buck n call.

The Family has been haunted with the facts that Kevin has been a abusive stalker rather than a friend or boyfriend.
After extreme efforts, the family was able to get Samantha into a rehab. However after 3 weeks of rehab, Kevin had intervened and got her kicked out., He showed up for visitation and did not return on time,
Samantha tested positive for alcohol and some other drug, which of course activates a warrant for her arrest, and makes her liable for the 12-year sentence that was suspended.
Samantha had called her attorney and tried to get reinstated, in which new arrangements were being made. The family has history of having to take Samantha to the ER do to fighting between kevin and Samantha. Samantha had pleaded with her family and Kevin to stay away.
The history between Kevin and Samantha is violent while mostly threats from Kevin, however the efforts for Samantha and her family to stay clear of Kevin have been, broken by Kevin’s persistence threats and harassment.

Concerns of what really happen between Samantha and Kevin the week and days before have been fearsome. Concerns of similarities to teh Angel of death case, were a mixture of drugs used to cause cardiac arrest were administered, then resuscitation was given.

Boyfriend of 22-year-old girl, who escaped drug rehab, was to have shot up $50.00 of heroin, in the car then passed out. After being carried to bed it was believed she was still breathing, so he went to bed after waking and checking on her he calls 911 for help with mouth to mouth because she was not breathing. The 911 call recorded that the boyfriend lifted the neck and breathed into her mouth, which you can hear gurgling sounds, and possible life. At the same time EMTs arrive, she was, listed as Dead on Arrival the Ambulance then transported the subject to the morgue, where her father waited for her to wake up.

4 Officer's in Atlanta were arrested for taking money from dealer's about 1 year ago. the dealer's still haven't been taken off the streets.
